The Virginia Chapter of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the practice of information systems auditing and control. The chapter holds regular meetings, provides educational opportunities, and networking and social events.

Meetings

Meeting locations may vary with the majority being held at "The Place at Innsbrook" located in Richmond, Virginia. Online Webinar access is available for most meetings to serve members unable to attend in person. You can sign up for attendance using the link below. Meetings are open to non-members as well, though members receive preferred pricing. A meal is provided for those attending meetings in person.

Membership

All memberships must be paid for through the international ISACA association. In addition to the international association fee, you will be asked to select a chapter for membership. The Virginia Chapter dues are $30 per year.

Events

The chapter holds several special events throughout the year. They have included a holiday party, a charity golf outing, and CISA training courses.

Volunteer Opportunities

The chapter is supported through the volunteer efforts of its members. Volunteer opportunities exist for many of the events and volunteers are welcome. The chapter also has a Board of Directors which are elected on an annual basis from the membership and Governing Committees which provide for the day-to-day running of the chapter.
